The UT-TSU Extension Office is gearing up for the start of the 2012-2013 school year. Crystal Pipkin, along with Rachel Howell, will begin 4-H enrollment at Ripley Elementary School, Lauderdale Middle School, and Halls Elementary School the month of September. The Tennessee 4-H program welcomes all youth and volunteers regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability or veteran status. We also would like to invite all students who do not have 4-H Club meetings in their 4th-12th grade classroom to come to our after-school club meetings that are held once a month at the UT-TSU Extension Office.
We are very excited about the events, contests, and curriculum we will be covering this year! The Lauderdale County 4-H Clubs will be Agriculture focused and we will have contests that coincide with our material, such as this fall’s pumpkin and gourd painting contest. We will also be featuring this year’s winning 4-H Poster on our camp shirts for Summer 2013!
We look forward to seeing you in a month! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact, Crystal Pipkin at 731-635-9551
